Specialty Classes

Athlectic Sculpt

The ultimate mid-week refresh combining lighter weights, resistance bands, and low-impact movements to sculpt and define. This full-body fusion class builds lean muscle through controlled, intentional work—perfect for active recovery days or when you want strength without the strain.

The Saturday Session

The week ends here. This high-intensity burn-out class is designed to push limits and leave everything on the mat. Expect challenging combinations, cardio spikes, and strength sequences that'll have you dripping with sweat and riding that endorphin high all weekend long. Come ready to work.

The Core Project

Your dedicated core sanctuary. This targeted session focuses on building a strong, stable center through progressive core work and toning exercises. Expect deep muscle engagement, balance challenges, and functional strength that translates to everything you do.

Baby and Burn

Fitness and bonding time combined! Bring your little one for this specially designed mommy-and-me class where your baby becomes part of the workout. We'll flow through strengthening moves, stretches, and play-based exercises that celebrate motherhood while helping you feel strong and connected.
