The Merge Method is Hamburg's premiere boutique fitness and recovery destination. We merge expert-led small group athletic conditioning with cutting-edge contrast therapy—sauna and cold plunge—creating a complete wellness experience under one roof

Our Story

The Merge Method was founded by three powerhouse women who saw a gap in Western New York's wellness landscape. We believed our community deserved more than gym memberships or separate spa visits—they deserved an integrated experience that honors both the grind and the recovery.

Meet the Founders

Nicole Radon Humphrey

Co-Founder

Former Division I NCAA gymnast and NYC Fitness Instructor with 10+ years of elite coaching experience. Nicole specializes in strength and conditioning, pre/postnatal training, pilates, and creating programming that delivers real results. Specializes in safe programming and execution.

As a full-time lifestyle and fitness content creator she loves to bring both expertise and authentic community building to The Merge Method.

Correen Longbine

Co-Founder

Buffalo native and former professional dancer signed with a top Los Angeles agency for 11 years. With 5+ years of coaching experience and a founding role at an elite LA gym, Correen brings engaging, humor-driven coaching and operational excellence to our team.

Jennifer Holmes

Co-Founder

With a background rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and creative entrepreneurship, Jen leads the recovery side of The Merge Method — guiding members to reconnect with their bodies, restore nervous system balance, and create daily rituals of renewal. She oversees all recovery services, ensuring every session is safe, transformative, and expertly guided.

Equal parts calm and creative, Jen brings an intuitive eye for detail and a grounded energy to the space — weaving thoughtful rituals, soulful touches, and a sense of ease that invites members to exhale, slow down, and stay awhile.
