Fitness Mission

Our Performance and Essentials sessions are structured 50-minute strength workouts offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each day focuses on a different muscle group to ensure balanced, progressive training throughout the week.

Both sessions follow the same weekly muscle focus — the difference is in intensity and experience level.

Essentials

Specifically for beginners who are brand new to strength training and equipment. This session focuses on learning proper form, mastering movements, building confidence, and developing a solid foundation before progressing to heavier loads or higher intensity.


Performance

Open to all levels. Designed for anyone ready to challenge themselves with heavier loads, higher intensity, and more advanced progressions while following structured programming.

Merge 30 Strength
(30 Minutes)

Merge 30 Strength is a focused, 30-minute strength session built around structured, progressive programming. It follows the same training format as our Performance and Essentials classes — just in a shorter, efficient format.

Each week targets specific muscle groups to help you build strength, improve muscle tone, and train with purpose.

Signature Sculpt
(45 Minutes)

Tone Lab is a 45-minute, full-body workout designed to complement your strength training days. Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, this class focuses on muscular endurance, definition, and controlled conditioning using lighter loads and higher repetitions.

Expect a mix of dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and accessory tools to challenge your muscles in a different way than traditional strength sessions. The goal is to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall muscle tone without heavy lifting.

Core Method
(30 Minutes)

Core Method is a focused 30-minute class dedicated to strengthening your core muscles from every angle. Using bodyweight, mats, and targeted accessory tools, this class emphasizes stability, control, and endurance to improve posture, balance, and functional strength.

Saturday Session
(50 Minutes)

Our Saturday Team Conditioning session is a high-energy, once-a-week class built around teamwork and community. This full-body, high-intensity workout combines functional strength and conditioning exercises in a team format where everyone cheers each other on and supports one another.

Expect constant movement, challenging exercises, and a motivating environment where teamwork drives performance and results.

Merge 30 Conditioning
(30 Minutes)

Merge 30 Conditioning is a fast-paced, 30-minute team-based workout designed to deliver high-intensity, full-body conditioning in a short amount of time. Participants work together in a supportive, motivating environment, cheering one another on while completing functional strength and cardio-based exercises.

The Reset (30 Minutes)

The Reset is a 20-minute class focused on stretch, mobility, and recovery. Using guided movements and targeted stretches, this session helps release tension, improve flexibility, and restore range of motion after a week of workouts.
