Our strength and conditioning sessions are intentionally designed to challenge you without overwhelming you, which is why we offer two distinct formats:
Essentials
Foundational, approachable, and confidence-building. Essentials focuses on proper movement patterns, controlled strength work, and conditioning at a manageable pace. Perfect if you’re newer to strength training, returning after time off, or simply want to feel strong and successful in every session.
Performance
Our strength and conditioning sessions are not held every day by design. Rest and recovery matter—especially when lifting heavier and training at higher intensities. On non-strength days, we intentionally sprinkle in Sculpt, Tone, and Core-focused classes to keep you moving, supported, and balanced while allowing your body to recover properly.
Our Signature Class:
The Saturday Session
This is the one everyone talks about. The Saturday Session is high intensity conditioning with a community twist—think team energy, shared effort, and serious sweat. Expect to use equipment like the SkiErg, rower, bike, weights, and more in a format that feels athletic, motivating, and fun.
