Our core offerings are Strength & Conditioning sessions, split into Essentials and Performance to ensure everyone feels confident and successful. We also offer Sculpt, Tone, and Core-focused classes, along with our signature Saturday Session, a high-energy conditioning workout that brings the entire community together.

After signing up for a membership or drop-in, you’ll complete a short placement survey that helps guide you toward the class format best suited for your experience level, goals, and comfort in a group setting. Our team is always happy to help if you’re unsure—and you can move between class types as you progress.

Yes. Memberships at The Merge Method can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect our coaches’ time and ensure fair access to class spots for all members.

No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations and will be charged a $25 fee.

For fitness classes, just bring yourself, supportive footwear, and water.If you plan to use the sauna or cold plunge, please bring a swimsuit. Towels and water are provided.

Yes. Recovery is an essential part of The Merge Method. Sauna and cold plunge access is available for members—please check your membership details for included amenities and booking guidelines.

Absolutely. Our Essentials classes are designed to be approachable, supportive, and confidence-building, while still delivering an effective workout. No matter your starting point, you’ll be coached with intention and care.

Yes. Your placement is a recommendation—not a restriction. As your strength, confidence, and conditioning improve, you’re welcome to progress into Performance classes or move between formats as needed.

The Merge Method is built on respect, support, and positive energy. We are a community-first studio. Negativity, disrespect toward coaches or members, or behavior that disrupts the environment will not be tolerated. If this occurs, membership may be revoked at our discretion. We take our culture seriously and protect it intentionally

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all membership details before purchasing, and reach out to our team with any questions—we’re happy to help you choose the right option.

Our coaches are highly trained to offer thoughtful modifications. Please let your instructor know before class if you’re dealing with an injury, pregnancy, or any limitations so we can support you safely.
